Lorenza Bergamo – Areas of Expertise

Graduated from the University of Trento, registered with the Bar since 1998, is licensed to practice before the Court of Cassation and all Higher Courts since 2016. She has offices in Mestre, Venice and Padua.

Since the beginning of her career she has focused on civil law, gaining considerable experience in the field of obligations and contracts, employment law, banking law, bankruptcy law and compensation for damages in general.

For many years, Lorenza Bergamo has worked in the field of commercial law, specialising in the sale of boats and vessels, including international sales.

She has much experience in civil litigation, practising before both Italian and international bodies, as well as providing extrajudicial consultancy and assistance, promoting out-of-court dispute resolution procedures in her many areas of competence.

Lorenza Bergamo is a member of the Federconsumatori del Veneto Legal Council, which focuses on protecting consumer rights and guaranteeing access to justice for this particular category of users.
